How to Keep in Touch With Your Team: The LottoSpring Message System


As you start building your Social Circles and getting more and more people in your Winning Team, you’ll want to start communicating with them to offer encouragement, assistance, or to answer questions. We’ve added a very easy-to-use messaging system right in your LottoSpring dashboard. By simply going to the “Messages” tab, you’ll be able to communicate with people directly. Additionally, we’ll send that person a notification via email to let them know that you’ve sent them a message and are awaiting a reply.

There are 2 ways to send someone a message.

First method – The Messages tab:

  1. Go to the “Messages” tab on your LottoSpring dashboard
  2. Click “Compose new message”
  3. Enter the username of the player you’d like to contact and click “Add User”
  4. Write your message and click “send message”


Second method – from your Winning Team:

  1. Go to the “Winning Team” tab on your LottoSpring dashboard and select the “Genealogy Tree” tab on the top.
  2. Click on the player you’d like to message
  3. Click the message icon [envelope image]on the right of the info bar at the top of the screen
  4. Write your message and click “send message”

That’s all there is to it!

When to use the messaging system – what’s ok and what’s not?

We’ve added this messaging system as a way for members to easily communicate with their team. To offer assistance, motivation, answer questions, or any other type of help that will encourage your team to grow. Just like any other messaging system though, it’s possible to abuse it and end up annoying your team rather than being helpful. The general policy to follow when using the Messaging system is this: be courteous. Pestering people, spamming people, rudeness, pitching other opportunities, etc… is a quick way to get banned from the Messenger. Use common sense and you’ll find the Messenger to be a great tool for growing your Social Circles.
