Instructions on How to Reactivate the Subscription


Are you ready to reactivate your subscription? If so, this article is for you. Please follow the instructions bellow:

Log in to your LottoSpring account using your email address and password here If you have forgotten the email associated with your playing account, please write to customer support and they’ll help you to find it.

If you don’t remember your password, please use our password recovery option (Need help? – Forgot your password?) to reset your password. All you have to do is insert your email address and we’ll send you the password recovery/reset instructions by email.


Once you have logged into your LottoSpring account the rest is very easy. All you need to do is choose a subscription level (Lotto or Pro) and buy a new subscription.


To do that:

  • Press the orange button “Buy Now”.
  • Choose your ticket numbers
  • Pay for your new subscription

Notice: if you have enough money in your playing balance, the payment will be automatically taken from your playing account. If not, then you will need a credit/debit card to make your payment.

Done! You are in the game again to playing and winning with LottoSpring!

If you do everything right and reactivate your subscription successfully – the tab ‘Dashboard’ should be available for you to use and check all the details about your current and future cycles. To do that go to the tab ‘Dashboard’ and press Manage & Upgrade.
